We're taking part in ETHCC 7 and ETHGlobal Brussels this year, showcasing the latest updates to the Circles protocol. Circles enables people and communities to build circular economies based on trust and social connections. Before the hackathon starts we want to share the significant changes we've made in Circles V2 and the exciting bounties we have on offer!

Circles is a unique social currency that empowers people to issue their own money, promoting community-driven economies.

Creating a continuous flow of currency that can be exchanged based on mutual trust. This trust-based model forms a social graph where connections between people enhance the utility of their Circles. The more real people you trust, the greater the spendability of your circles.

Our NFT Tree is back! 💻

We enjoyed our time at ETHCC 7 in Belgium! It was a pleasure meeting so much of the community and discussing Circle's vision and protocol. Hearing your views, and receiving valuable feedback was incredibly rewarding. Thank you to everyone who took the time to connect with us🫡

Following the success of our NFT Tree at Dappcon - where we were able to donate €2,347 to GiveDirectly - we were very excited to bring it to ETHCC. The NFT Tree is an interactive installation that symbolises the growth and interconnectedness of blockchain transactions through the lens of social money. Each node on the tree represents a person and their trust path to minting the NFT is visualised.
